Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account page. When you cancel, you keep full download access until the end of the billing period you already paid for. After that, your subscription simply does not renew, and downloads are locked until you resubscribe.
Refunds
Because both plans grant immediate access to the full catalog, we do not offer refunds for partial billing periods or unused time. If you believe you were charged in error, for example a duplicate charge or a renewal after you cancelled, email us and we will look into it.
Lifetime purchases
The lifetime plan is a one-time payment with nothing to cancel; your access never expires. If a lifetime purchase is refunded, for example after a duplicate charge, the access it granted is removed at the same time.
