What we collect
When you create an account, we collect your email address and, if you sign in with Google, the name and email associated with that account. When you buy a plan (monthly or lifetime), our payment processor, Lemon Squeezy, handles your billing details directly; we never see or store your card number. We keep a record of your plan status, renewal date where one applies, and download history so you can see and re-download what you have accessed.
How we use it
We use your email to manage your account, respond to support requests, and send billing-related notices from Lemon Squeezy. We use your download history to show you your own download list and to keep the service reliable. We do not sell your information, and we do not run advertising trackers on this site.
Analytics and cookies
Analytics is off until you switch it on. The first time you visit, a banner in the bottom-left corner asks whether we may set an analytics cookie. Until you accept, Google’s analytics script is not loaded at all: nothing is requested from Google, no cookie is set, no visitor ID is stored, and nothing about your visit is reported. Refusing takes one click, is exactly as easy as accepting, and the site works exactly the same either way. Your answer is remembered in this browser’s local storage, not in a cookie, and is never sent to us or to anyone else.
You can change your mind at any time, in either direction, from here or in the footer of any page. Withdrawing takes effect immediately; the cookies already set are no longer read or refreshed and expire on their own.
If you accept, we use Google Analytics to see which designs and pages people visit and where they leave. It records the page you viewed, the site that referred you, an approximate location worked out from your IP address (city level, the address itself is not stored), and basic device information. It does not receive your name or email, and it is not used for advertising or remarketing. Advertising, ad personalisation, and ad measurement stay switched off whatever you choose. It sets cookies named _ga and _ga_*, which hold a random visitor ID so a return visit is not counted as a new person, and expire after two years. You can also block it with Google’s opt-out add-on or any tracker-blocking extension.
Alongside pages viewed, and still only with your consent, we record a small set of actions so we can tell which designs are worth making more of: a search (the words you typed and how many results came back), a design viewed, a design saved to or removed from your wishlist, a file downloaded and its format, creating an account or signing in (and whether that was email or Google), picking a plan, starting a checkout, and sending a message through the support or design-request forms. What you actually wrote in those forms is never sent to Google, only the fact that a message was sent.
When a subscription payment completes, that one event is reported to Google Analytics by our server rather than your browser, because the payment itself happens on Lemon Squeezy’s site. It carries the plan, the amount, and the same random visitor ID the cookie already holds, so the sale is counted once against the visit that led to it. Your name and email are not included. Without your consent there is no visitor ID to carry, and that report is not sent either.
The admin area of this site loads no analytics at all.
Beyond that, the only storage here is the strictly necessary kind: what keeps you signed in, what remembers your wishlist, and the record of the cookie choice itself. None of it is optional, none of it is used to build a profile, and none of it is shared.
Data storage
Account and catalog data is stored with Google Firebase. Billing and subscription data is stored with Lemon Squeezy under their own privacy policy. Traffic measurement data is held by Google Analytics, as described above.
Your choices
You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing us. Deleting your account cancels any active subscription and removes your download history.
